At the 2026 Impressions Expo Long Beach, Flexfit® transformed its booth into an immersive brand destination inspired by our 2026 catalog theme, “Where Comfort Checks In.” Designed with decorators and embroidery professionals in mind, the space brought together premium headwear, performance technology, and real-world customization experiences in one cohesive environment.
The booth exterior mirrored a modern hotel setting. A gift shop inspired display showcased Flexfit® performance caps built for everyday wear and active lifestyles, while a spa-inspired installation highlighted ActiveGuard™ moisture management technology – reinforcing how our caps are engineered for comfort and durability under pressure.
YP Classics® section paid tribute to YUPOONG®’s heritage craftsmanship, symbolizing decades of innovation as a trusted global headwear manufacturer.
At the center of the booth was a Concierge Check-In experience, where visitors completed a short survey to discover their ideal cap style. Guests received a personalized room key directing them to our partner booth, Melco, where they redeemed a complimentary embroidered cap.
This interactive trade show activation connected product education with live embroidery technology, demonstrating how Flexfit® caps perform seamlessly in professional decoration environments.
A key highlight was the launch of the nu Series, developed for cleaner, more efficient custom embroidery.
