Guarantees, Returns and Cancellations
- Flexfit LLC backs all merchandise we sell.
- All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made to Customer Service within 5 days from receipt of goods.
- Please allow up to 3% on damages and shortages.
- Requests for changes are required to be in writing.
- While every attempt to honor change requests will be made, orders in production cannot be changed or canceled.
