Flexfit Sponsores Drum 48.

Flexfit is proud to sponsor Drum48, an event that brings together talented drummers from all over the world to Southampton UK in order to raise funds for the Wessex Cancer Trust and the Wessex Haemophilia Comprehensive Care Network.  The event will showcase 48 hours of drums & percussion with performers from diverse backgrounds such as jazz, funk, pop, soul and rock. From May 13th to May 15th of 2011, sessions and masterclasses will be held to inspire and teach the youth and interested public. All donations received from families and friends will be given to the 2 local charities. The Wessex Cancer Trust is an independent charity aimed to support and improve cancer services in the Wessex Region of the UK. The Wessex Haemophilia Comprehensive Care Network is another local charity specializing in the care of Haemophilia and other bleeding disorders amongst adults and children. Flexfit will donate custom hats made for Drum48 in order to help support its cause and increase the quality of life in the local Southampton region.

In addition to Flexfit’s sponsorship of Drum48, other sponsors include Shure, Sonor, D’Addario, Sabian and Drummer Magazine to name a few.
