We have filters at every manufacturing process to ensure quality standards. Back in 2001, we incorporated the six sigma management philosophy that virtually leaves no room for error.

The custom-made machinery in our factories allows Flexfit to be where we are today. Our advanced embroidery and screen-printing offers limitless possibilities, bringing joy to every bearer of hats.

And last but not least, we cannot forget the people that sew, cut, mold and actually make Flexfit caps. We go above and beyond the labor laws of each country we manufacture in. Cleanliness and organization are critical to employee welfare and we adhere to strict labor policies.  Once again, great products are representative of all the stakeholders involved.
